PULSES
Cookin time ; 2-21/2 hours
Ingredients :
The variety of pulses to be prepared and water
Method ; Soak the pulses in water overnight or for at least 6 hours. Wash the pulses thoroughly.
Add enough water to cover the pulses in the container and pour in the cooker.
Make the vaghar and add the required masalas after the pulses are cooked.
Remember that pulses like val, peas take more time to cook than moong.
